Marketproof Pipeline includes information about thousands of new construction projects.
A "project view" is counted when you access the details of a construction project. This includes information about the current progress of the project, historical timeline, permits, violations, financing, and more.
Note that searches are not counted in your project views.
Views included in your subscription
You get a certain number of project views each month based on your subscription level. Unused views do not roll over to the next month.
On the top of each project page, you'll see a message letting you know how many project views you have left. Viewing the same project multiple times only counts as one view.
