Inventory Export: What's in Your Download

See every field included in a Marketproof Pro Inventory Search export, including unit pricing, listing history, sale history, and carrying costs. Learn how many standard credits each download costs.

Written by Ning

When you export data from an Inventory Search on Marketproof Pro, you receive a CSV file with unit-level detail — including pricing, listing history, sale history, and current market status for individual condo units.

This export is ideal for doing unit-by-unit analysis across one or many buildings.

Credit Cost

Inventory search exports use standard credits at a rate of 1 credit per 50 unit rows. Data exports cannot be paid for with premium credits — only standard credits apply.

Unit-level data is more straightforward than building-level data — each row provides bed/bath, size, status, and pricing for a single unit — which is why you get more rows per credit.

Example: If your plan includes 25 standard credits per month and you use all of them on inventory exports, you can download up to 1,250 unit records (25 credits × 50 rows per credit).
