When you export data from a Building Search on Marketproof Pro, you receive a comprehensive CSV file containing building-level intelligence — everything from basic address info to inventory stats, developer details, and offering plan pricing.
This is one of the most data-rich exports available, because each building record is the culmination of many underlying data points. It includes not just the building's profile, but also key stats on how the building is currently selling.
Credit Cost
Building search exports use standard credits at a rate of 1 credit per 4 building rows. Data exports cannot be paid for with premium credits — only standard credits apply.
Because building-level data is an aggregation of many data points (inventory counts, average pricing, developer info, offering plan details, and more), each row carries more value than a unit-level export, which is why you get fewer rows per credit compared to other export types.
Example: If your plan includes 25 standard credits per month and you use all of them on building exports, you can download up to 100 building records (25 credits × 4 rows per credit).
