Standard Credits vs. Premium Credits

Marketproof uses two types of credits to keep pricing flexible and aligned with how you work: standard credits and premium credits. Each supports a different part of the workflow. You can check your credit balance in My Accounts.

Standard Credits

Included with Your Plan

Standard credits are included with your Marketproof Pro subscription and are used for CSV data exports across the platform.

Standard credits are used for:

  • Downloading direct owner mailing lists

  • Downloading filtered data for offline analysis or campaigns

Standard credits support data portability and direct mail owner addresses.

Premium Credits

Contact Info and Owner Insights

Premium credits are used when unlocking contact information or deeper owner insight that relies on additional data sources and analysis.

Premium credits are required for:

  • Owner email addresses

  • Owner phone numbers

  • Full owner profiles, including work history, education, and social signals

  • Corporate and LLC analysis

Premium credits are purchased separately, never expire, and are only deducted when contact information is returned.

How They Work Together

A typical workflow looks like this:

  1. Target owners inside Marketproof Pro

  2. Use standard credits to export mailing lists or datasets if needed

  3. Use premium credits to unlock email, phone, or full owner profiles for selected owners

This structure keeps everyday workflows included in your plan, while making deeper enrichment optional and usage-based.
