When you export data from the Weekly Market Activity view on Marketproof Pro, you receive a CSV file containing an event-based feed of real-time market activity — new listings, contracts signed, price changes, closings, and more — within your selected date range.
This export gives you a chronological record of what's happening across the market, making it ideal for tracking trends and staying on top of activity in specific neighborhoods or buildings.
Credit Cost
Weekly market activity exports use standard credits at a rate of 1 credit per 50 event rows. Data exports cannot be paid for with premium credits — only standard credits apply.
Example: If your plan includes 25 standard credits per month and you use all of them on market activity exports, you can download up to 1,250 event records (25 credits × 50 rows per credit).
